If the flight is operated by a codeshare partner of Ural Airlines, then the rules and conditions for applying the tariffs of the operating carrier (i.e. the airline that actually carried the passengers) apply.

At the Sochi airport, Business class passengers are provided with the Fast track service - priority passage through the pre-flight inspection procedure.

In case of a passenger's no-show for the flight, the carrier will cancel the reservation for each subsequent section of the transportation route without notifying the passenger. If the passenger intends to continue transportation on subsequent sections of the route, it is necessary to notify the airline no later than the end of check-in for the first segment of the transportation.

Please note that when changing an air ticket, the difference between the old and new level is paid additionally, provided that the fare increases. Any operation on an air ticket (refund or change of route/departure date/flight number) is carried out only within 1 year from the date of ticket issue.

Rerouting is only possible within the country, with the possibility of changing either the departure point or the arrival point.
