The departure date/destination can be changed for an additional fee, according to the terms of use of your fare

In the form, you must specify the ticket number, the passenger's full name as it appears on the ticket, and the new departure date or destination.

Changes due to schedule adjustment/flight cancellation

In the form, you must provide the ticket number, the passenger's full name as shown on the ticket, a description of the situation in the comments, and a contact phone number

Passenger replacement

Passenger substitution is allowed on tickets within the Russian Federation, the cost of the service is 5000 rubles. To promptly make changes, you must fill out the form.

The message must include the ticket number, full name of the passenger on the ticket, new passenger details (full name, passport series and number, date of birth).

Attention!

Replacing the customer (passenger) is possible only if the ticket is completely unused; in a partially used ticket, changing the customer (passenger) is PROHIBITED!
