According to the program rules, the card is subject to closure if more than two years have passed since the last flight. Neither the bonus account nor the old card can be restored. You will need to register again.

Application for Bonus Unblocking
Bonuses are blocked in the event that, when purchasing a ticket on the airline's website using bonus rubles, the bank card payment fails to go through. The blocking of bonuses is automatically cancelled after 60 minutes from the time of booking.

01. Bonuses for completed flight
Bonuses for completed flights on Ural Airlines are automatically credited to the member's account within 10 days after the flight date. Bonuses will be credited to the account provided that the data is correctly entered into the booking system: the program member number, the number of the valid passport (or other document) used for the flight, as well as the presence in the personal account of the "Wings" program member of a linked passport (or other document) used for the flight. The crediting period may be extended if the airline does not receive confirmation of the flight from the corresponding airport.

02. Bonuses in case of flight delay
As compensation for a flight delay of more than 3 hours, 500 bonus rubles are credited (on all flights except CIS, as well as tickets purchased under the tariff YOWID100, YBOOW18, RID90R1, COWID100, CBOOW18, CID90R1).

03. Bonuses in case of flight cancellation due to the Airline's fault
As compensation for the cancellation of a flight within a single route, bonuses are credited in the amount of 500 bonus rubles (on all flights except CIS, tickets purchased under the tariff YOWID100, YBOOW18, RID90R1, COWID100, CBOOW18, CID90R1).
