Additional Baggage

If the weight or dimensions of your checked baggage exceed the free baggage allowance on the flight, you must reserve and pay for its transportation when purchasing your ticket.

If the transportation of additional (oversized, overweight) baggage is not reserved in advance, it will only be carried if the airline has the technical capability. You will have to wait until the check-in for the flight is completed, but transportation of this baggage may still be denied.

Additional baggage transportation can be paid for in advance (when arranging transportation) or at the departure point for the entire journey to the destination, according to the baggage rate valid on the day the paid baggage receipt or miscellaneous charges order is issued.

Exceeding the weight or dimensions of a single piece of baggage is paid for at the airline’s official ticket office, at the passenger support service, or at the departure airport.

Conditions for transporting oversized and overweight baggage:

Advance reservation of transportation.
Availability of confirmed airline consent for transporting this baggage.

If there is no available capacity on the flight, the airline has the right to refuse transportation of excess / oversized / overweight baggage.

Depending on the departure airport’s procedures, additional/oversized/overweight baggage may be checked in at a separate check-in counter.

Items whose dimensions exceed 203 cm in total (length + width + height) or weigh more than 50 kg are accepted for transportation as cargo.

This service is arranged only at the airport, subject to technical availability.

Such baggage will be transported only if there is available capacity on the aircraft.

One passenger has the right to occupy one seat in the aircraft cabin and carry baggage free of charge in accordance with the free baggage allowance and the chosen fare.

Having more than one ticket for the same flight (for the same person) does not entitle a passenger to occupy more than one seat or carry excess baggage free of charge.

Cost of Additional Baggage Transportation

Additional services can be paid for with bonuses from the “Wings” loyalty program. Use them to pay for the fare portion of your ticket as well as for partial or 100% payment for additional services like “Seat Selection” and “Additional Baggage”.

Voluntary Cancellation of Additional Services

A voluntary cancellation of the “Onboard Meal” service is possible no later than 36 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation less than 36 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

A voluntary cancellation of the “Pet Transportation” service is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure and before check-in closure is possible with a non-refundable fee of 25% of the service cost. Cancellation after check-in closure is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of services such as “Seat Selection”, “Additional Baggage”, “Unaccompanied Minor”, “Commercial Correspondence” and other own services is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure if cancellation is allowed by the service rules. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, business lounge access, baggage wrapping, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before departure unless otherwise specified in the offer.

A forced refund due to flight cancellation or rescheduling will be made in full.
