How to buy a ticket for bonuses?

You can buy a ticket for bonuses only in your Personal Account on the website.

Bonuses can be used to pay for the entire ticket price (airfare excluding fees) or only a part, and pay the rest with a Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, JCB, MoneyWall or MIR card. The minimum payment amount is 120 bonuses. More information about payment methods can be found here.

In case of partial payment of the cost, tickets for each passenger are issued separately.

Fees can only be paid on the website by Visa, MasterCard or MIR.

How do I return a ticket purchased with bonuses?

The possibility of a ticket refund depends on the rules of the fare for which the ticket was purchased. If the ticket was purchased at the “Economy”, “Premium Economy”, “Comfort” or “Business” fare, then the ticket can be returned.

This can be done on the airline's website in two ways:

  • In the "Checking orders" section, enter the order number, the passenger's last name and click "Next". In the window that opens, click the "Return" button and confirm the cancellation of the flight.
  • In your Personal Account, in the "Orders" section. Select “Orders” in the drop-down list, below all your orders and their status will appear.

The amount of rubles and bonuses are returned to the bank card account and the account of the Wings program participant in the same proportion as the ticket was paid for.

Refunds will be charged in accordance with the airline's policies.

What should I do if I made a flight and the bonuses were not credited to my account?

Use the application form for accounting of bonuses for completed flights in your Personal Account.

Bonuses can be credited only for flights that have passed no more than 1 year from the date of application.

Are bonuses canceled?

The accumulated bonuses can be used within 1 year from the date of their accrual.

The date of accrual and burning of bonuses can be tracked in the Personal Account, in the “Orders and bonuses” section, if you select the line “Burning of bonuses” in the drop-down list.

How do I make changes to my personal data?

Personal data can be changed in the Personal Account, in the "Profile" section.

You can independently change:

  • E-mail;
  • Contact number;
  • Address for receiving correspondence;
  • Payment cards;
  • Password from the Personal Account.

The surname, name and patronymic, as well as passport data can be changed only upon request. It can be issued in the same section of the Personal Account, specifying new data and attaching a document confirming the need for changes - for example, a new passport, marriage or divorce certificate, etc.

Is there a bonus program for corporate clients?

Yes there is.

The Corporation program allows you to receive bonus points for each business trip to the company's account in the amount of 1% of the fare (the cost of the air ticket minus fees).

To register in the bonus program, you must fill out an application specifying detailed information about the company, as well as the data of the company representative - the program manager.

Where can you spend the bonuses received under the Corporation program?

The accumulated bonuses can be spent on the purchase of tickets for the next business trip or other tickets at the discretion of the head of the company.

Bonuses must be spent within one calendar year from the moment they are credited to the account, otherwise they will expire.
