How to buy a ticket for bonuses?

You can buy a ticket for bonuses only in your account on the website.

Bonuses can be used to pay the entire cost of the ticket (air fare without fees) or only part, and pay the rest with Visa, MasterCard or MIR. The minimum payment amount is 120 bonuses.

For partial payment of the cost, tickets for each passenger are issued separately.

Fees can be paid only on the site with a Visa, MasterCard or MIR card.

How to return a ticket purchased for bonuses?

The possibility of a ticket refund depends on the fare rules at which the ticket was purchased. If the ticket was purchased at the tariff “Economy”, “Premium Economy”, “Comfort” or “Business”, then the ticket can be returned.

You can do this on the airline’s website in two ways:

  • In the “Checking Orders” section, specify the order number, passenger's last name and click “Next”. In the window that opens, click the “Return” button and confirm the cancellation of the flight.
  • In your account, in the "Orders" section. Select “Orders” in the drop-down list, below all your orders and their status will appear.

The amount of rubles and bonuses is returned to the bank card account and the account of the Wings program participant in the same proportion as the ticket was paid.

Return transaction fees are charged in accordance with airline rules.

What should I do if I made a flight, but the bonuses were not credited to the account?

Use the application form for registering bonuses for completed flights in your personal account.

Bonuses can be accrued only for flights, from the time of which no more than 1 year has passed on the date of application submission.

Are bonuses canceled?

The accumulated bonuses can be used within 1 year from the date of their accrual.

The date of accrual and burning of bonuses can be tracked in your account in the "Orders and bonuses" section, if you select the line "Bonus burning" in the drop-down list.

How to make changes to personal data?

Personal data can be changed in your account in the “Profile” section.

You can independently change:

  • Email
  • Contact number;
  • Address of receipt of correspondence;
  • Payment cards;
  • Password from My Account.

Surname, name and patronymic, as well as passport data can be changed only upon request. It can be issued in the same section of the Personal Account by entering new information and attaching a document confirming the need for changes - for example, a new passport, marriage or divorce certificate, etc.

Is there a bonus program for corporate clients?

Yes there is.

The Corporation program allows you to receive bonus points for each business trip to the company account in the amount of 1% of the fare (airfare minus fees).

To register in the bonus program, you must fill out an application specifying detailed information about the company, as well as the data of the company representative - program manager.

Where can I spend bonuses received through the Corporation program?

The accumulated bonuses can be spent on buying tickets for the next business trip or other tickets at the discretion of the head of the company.

Bonuses must be spent within one calendar year from the moment they are received in the account, otherwise they will be burned.

Let's say your employee flew on a business trip in June 2018. For the flight, 12 bonuses are credited to the company's account. These bonuses must be spent before June 31, 2019.
