The website of the FCS of Russia features a version of the FCS LC FEA mobile application. The application includes a passenger customs declaration filling service. It is currently available on Android OS mobile devices via the following link: https://edata.customs.ru/fts.edata.customs.ru.app.apk 

You can also fill out a passenger customs declaration from your Personal Account on the official website of the FCS of Russia: https://edata.customs.ru To do this, select the “Submit passenger customs declaration” tab and start filling it out. At the state border checkpoint, you must provide the obtained unique identification number (UIN) of the declaration to a customs officer.
