Ural Airlines transports animals in the passenger cabin. In order to transport animals in the cabin, the passenger must notify the airline about the carriage when booking, purchasing an air ticket or calling the passenger support service, since the transportation of animals is carried out with the consent of the airline and there are restrictions on the number and types of animals and birds transported.
The service is paid:
- On flights within Russia - 3500 rubles of the Russian Federation.
- On CIS flights - 45 euros
- On flights to non-CIS countries - 70 euros
The cost is indicated for the entire route in the one-way ticket, regardless of the number of segments.
The fee for canceling a previously ordered service for transporting animals or birds in the cabin is 25% of the cost of the service.

It is allowed to transport animals in cages/carriers in the aircraft cabin, accompanied by an adult capable passenger. The cage/carrier may contain several animals or birds of the same species. Placement of animals or birds in a container/cage should be free and comfortable for pets. If the carrier is made of dense textile (it is soft), then the size of the cage / carrier should not exceed 45x35x25 cm. If the carrier / cage has a rigid frame, then the allowable dimensions are 45x35x22 cm. The total weight together with the cage is up to 8 kg.
Please note that when making a flight from / to China, a passenger can take only one cage / carrier into the aircraft cabin, the size of which should not exceed 45x35x25cm. Only one animal or bird can be in the cage/carrier.
Passengers carrying animals can only be checked in at check-in desks at the airport. We recommend that you arrive at the airport well in advance to register your pet for the flight.
Accepted for transportation on board the aircraft*:

*If the passenger has a Business class ticket, only cats or dogs are allowed for carriage.
- No more than 4 antagonistic animals are allowed for transportation in the economy class cabin, no more than 1 in the business class cabin
- Animals must be clean, odor free, container/cage accustomed
It is prohibited to take animals out of the container / cage in the passenger cabin and feed them during the flight.
In case of exceeding the established dimensions, transportation of animals must be carried out as hand luggage with the provision of an additional passenger seat in the cabin, subject to the purchase of the "Baggage in the Cabin" service . Tariffication according to the cost of the ticket for the selected destination.
In this case, the total weight of the cage and the animal should not exceed 15 kg, and the size of the cage should not exceed the parameters of 45x60x45 cm.

- Requirements for cages and/or carriers for transporting animals
The cage / carrier must be made of plastic, fiberglass, metal, welded mesh or wood, dense textile
If the carrier is made of dense textile (it is soft), then the size of the cage / carrier should not exceed 45x35x25cm.
If the carrier / cage has a rigid frame, then the allowable dimensions are 45x35x22 cm.
The size of the cage / container must allow the animal to stand up to its full height and turn 360 degrees
The cage / carrier must be clean, odorless, spacious enough for your pet, have ventilation holes, a reliable locking device that prevents spontaneous opening
The bottom of the cage/carrier must be tight, waterproof and lined with non-toxic absorbent material. There should be a rim around the bottom of the container/cage to prevent spillage of the absorbent material.
The cage/carrier should have handles for easy transportation
The cage with the bird must be covered with a dense light-tight fabric.
During takeoff, landing, and turbulence, the cage/carrier must be safely placed under the seat in front or in place as directed by the flight attendant.
The cage/carrier on board the aircraft may not be placed at emergency exits, block escape routes, interfere with the comfort or service of other passengers
- Documents required for the transportation of animals
On flights within Russia:
- Veterinary certificate of vaccination of the animal or veterinary passport, with a note on the clinical examination of the animal.
On flights outside of Russia:
- Veterinary certificate form No. 1, issued on the basis of a veterinary certificate (not earlier than 5 days before departure) and registered with the veterinary service of the border control point
Rosselkhoznadzor informs that applications for issuance of veterinary certificates can be submitted electronically through the ECert export veterinary certification system.

Documents required by the veterinary authorities of the country of arrival or transit*
*Passengers flying to Israel with animals must have permission from the veterinary control of Ben Gurion Airport to bring the animal into Israel. To import an animal to other countries, passengers must personally familiarize themselves with and take into account the rules of the country of visit for the import of animals.
For the attention of passengers traveling with a pet abroad from Zhukovsky International Airport (Moscow), state veterinary control is not carried out at this airport.If it is necessary to carry out state veterinary control, the departing passenger must apply in advance to the following border control veterinary checkpoints (hereinafter referred to as PKVP) in order to issue veterinary accompanying documents:

The passenger is fully responsible for the animals, the availability and compliance with the necessary permits and certificates.
The airline is not responsible for bodily injury, loss, illness or death of animals.
Passengers carrying pets in a container / cage in the passenger cabin are not provided with seats in the emergency exit row, as well as seats in the front of the Economy cabin, as well as seats in the same block of seats with passengers with children or with other passengers carrying animals . Seating of passengers with animals is possible starting from the 16th row.
The duties of the airline staff do not include the care of animals.
Ural Airlines does not transport animals to the United Arab Emirates and Portugal.
When checking in for a flight, the transportation of an animal will be refused in cases where:
