Ticket exchange restriction rules

You can exchange your ticket in the «Booking management» section.

Ticket and services cost

When you exchange a ticket, the cost of the flight, additional services and fees are recalculated. It depends on the terms of the fare specified in your ticket. This means that the final price of the exchange may differ from the amount you originally paid.

Cancellation of the old ticket and services

Once the exchange is confirmed, your old air ticket is no longer valid. All services you booked with it are automatically cancelled.

• If you paid for onboard meals, the money is refunded only if the exchange is made no later than 36 hours before departure.
• If you paid for other additional services (e.g. seat selection, baggage, etc.), their cost can be refunded only if the exchange is made no later than 24 hours before departure.

Refund

The money for services that are subject to refund is transferred to the same bank card you used to pay for the ticket. The refund period may take up to 30 business days.
