electronic migration cards available from 20 November

Dear passengers!

In order to simplify and speed up border control upon arrival at Beijing Daxing Airport (PKX), Ural Airlines informs you about the innovation of the National Immigration Administration of China.

China introduces online arrival cards for foreign tourists

From 20 November 2025, the process of filling out a migration card becomes digital. Now travellers can fill in all the necessary documents in advance electronically, which will avoid having to fill out a paper card manually.

Ways to fill out the electronic card:

You can apply online in one of the convenient ways before departure or during your trip:

  • Through the official website of the National Immigration Administration: en.nia.gov.cn
  • Using the «NIA 12367» mobile app
  • Through mini‑programs in the popular WeChat or Alipay apps
  • By scanning a special QR code with your mobile phone

What if I don’t have time to fill it out online in advance?

Don’t worry, you can fill out the electronic card directly upon arrival at Daxing Airport:

  • Scan the QR code located at the airport or at the border checkpoint (digital form).
  • Or use the traditional paper form.

Electronic filling procedure (via QR code):

  1. Scan the QR code.
  2. Take a photo of the main page of your international passport.
  3. Enter the required information into the electronic form.
  4. Submit the data and receive a personal QR code, which must be kept for presentation at border control.
