Excess baggage

If the weight or dimensions of checked baggage exceed the free baggage allowance on the aircraft, when purchasing a ticket, it is necessary to book and pay for its carriage.

If the carriage of such baggage is not booked, then excess (oversized, heavy) baggage will be carried only if the airline has the technical capability. You will have to wait until the end of check-in for the flight, but carriage of this baggage may still be refused.

Carriage of excess baggage may be paid in advance (when arranging the carriage) or at the point of departure for the entire carriage to the destination according to the baggage fare valid on the day the paid baggage receipt or miscellaneous charges order is issued.

Oversized and heavy baggage is accepted for carriage only subject to prior booking and confirmed consent of the airline to carry this baggage.

In the absence of cargo space on the flight, the airline has the right to refuse carriage of excess/oversized/heavy baggage.

Based on the technology of the departure airport, excess/oversized/heavy baggage may be checked in for carriage at a separate check-in counter.

Items whose dimensions exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, and weight — 50 kg, are accepted for carriage as cargo.

For dimensions exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions but not exceeding 220x80x50, carriage as baggage is permitted only upon prior request for a special service, no later than 48 hours before flight departure. Carriage of such baggage will be carried out only if there is free space on the aircraft.

Please note that 1 passenger has the right to occupy one seat in the aircraft cabin and carry baggage free of charge in accordance with the free baggage allowance and the selected fare. A passenger holding more than one ticket for a flight (for the same person) does not have the right to occupy more than one seat and carry excess baggage free of charge.

Voluntary refusal of the "Excess baggage" service

Refusal of the "Excess baggage" service is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, if refusal is provided for by the service rules. Refusal of services less than 24 hours before departure is impossible (the cost is non-refundable).

      For tickets from blocks of seats of the Airline on charter flights, Airline fares apply

      The price is indicated for the entire route on a one-way ticket regardless of the number of segments.

      The decision to carry excess, oversized, heavy baggage is made by the Airline on a case-by-case basis. Other fares may be established for individual destinations.

      If a passenger is found to have carry-on luggage whose weight and dimensions exceed the established norms at boarding, the passenger will be charged according to the Airline's fares, and the said carry-on luggage will be checked in as baggage under the aircraft.

      Excess weight or dimensions of one piece of baggage are paid for at the official airline ticket office, passenger support service, or at the departure airport.

      Voluntary refusal of the "Excess baggage" service

      Refusal of the "Excess baggage" service is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, if refusal is provided for by the service rules. Refusal of services less than 24 hours before departure is impossible (the cost is non-refundable).
