Are infant cots provided on the plane?

The cradle is not provided for the duration of the flight. Infants always remain in the adult's arms.

You cannot take the stroller into the cabin because of safety requirements - it can fall, interfere with passenger service, block the passage, emergency exit, etc.

You can take a car seat into the cabin if it can be considered as cabin baggage in size and is suitable for use on an airplane. To transport a child in a car seat, you must buy a separate ticket, as the car seat is installed in a separate place in the cabin.

Why was my passenger with a disability refused?

In some cases, the airline may refuse to carry passengers with reduced mobility:

  • the passenger is sick and his illness poses a threat to the health of others;
  • the appearance and mental state of the passenger poses a threat to others;
  • there is no confirmed consent of the carrier / carriers (during a connecting flight) for the carriage of a passenger;
  • there is no permission (medical certificate or declaration) for air transportation from the attending / accompanying doctor or there is no signature of the doctor at the medical station of the airport of departure.

Why can they refuse to coordinate the transportation of animals?

An airline may refuse to coordinate the transportation of an animal if:

  • there are no documents required for registration of the animal;
  • if on the flight the transportation of other animals has already been booked before and the total number of transported pets exceeds the permissible amount.

When the transportation is agreed, do not forget to pay for the service on the website or at the airport.

With your favorite pet you need to agree on good behavior at the airport and throughout the flight. Otherwise, if it seems to the airport staff to be aggressive or dangerous for other passengers, they might not let him in on a flight.

How to transport a hamster or other animal?

Only dogs, cats, parrots or canaries are accepted for carriage.

Hamster, guinea pig, rat, chinchilla, chipmunk, squirrel, gerbil, dormouse, groundhog, ground squirrel, jerboa and other rodents are not accepted for transportation.

Can I take an animal with me to the Business Class lounge?

Animals and birds can only be transported in the Economy class cabin.

I want to transport the cat. What help do you need?

To transport a cat across the territory of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to provide:

  • Veterinary certificate of vaccination of the animal or veterinary passport;
  • Certificate from the veterinary control of the airport (issued at the airport of departure).

To travel outside the Russian Federation:

  • The international veterinary certificate registered in the veterinary service of the border control point;
  • certificate of breeding value of the animal for export;
  • Documents required by the veterinary authorities of the country of arrival or transit.

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules for importing animals in force in the country of arrival.

Passengers flying with animals to Israel must obtain permission from the veterinary control of Ben Gurion Airport to import the animal into this country.

There are countries where animals are prohibited from importing, regardless of the number of permits and documents. The import of all types of animals is prohibited in the United Arab Emirates, the import of parrots - in Portugal.

How to order additional services?

You can apply for and pay for additional services in the process of buying tickets. If the tickets have already been purchased, and the service was required later, then you can arrange the service through the contact center operator, in your personal account in the mobile application or on the website, as well as in the airline’s office, when passing through the online check-in on the website or at the registration desk before the flight.

Important: the closer the departure, the higher the cost of additional services may be. Therefore, taking care of their design in advance, you save both time and money.

No more than 3 extra pieces of baggage can be provided to one passenger.
