If the passenger did not receive baggage upon arrival, he should immediately contact the baggage tracing service, which is at each airport in the baggage claim area. A statement of malfunction (non-arrival) of baggage is written immediately in the baggage area. An application requires a passenger ticket, a boarding pass, a tear-off ticket for a numbered baggage tag, and a receipt for excess baggage. As soon as the passenger leaves the baggage claim area, it is considered that he has no complaints about the carriage of baggage.

After the luggage has been found and sent to the Koltsovo airport, the passenger must personally arrive at the airport in order to pick it up at the international wanted list. At the same time, if the customs declaration for baggage was not filled in at the point of transfer (for example, Moscow) at the border crossing, then baggage can only be received at one time by paying a customs fee of 4 euros per 1 kg.
