How to fix a ticket error?

When purchasing an airline ticket, you create your own booking and confirm the accuracy of the personal details you provide.

If you notice an error in your last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, or in the details of your ID document, please contact our Passenger Support Service by phone: 8-800-7700-262 (toll-free in Russia) or +7 (499) 920-22-52.

You can correct your details using the “Data Correction” service.

Service cost

You can use this service via the Booking Management System. It allows you to update:
— your name (up to three characters per field);
— your date of birth;
— your ID document number (up to three characters).

You can also submit a request through the feedback form. Once your request has been reviewed, our specialists will send you a payment link, and the changes will be applied after the payment is received.

Regardless of how the correction is made, the confirmation will be a new itinerary receipt, which will be sent to the email address specified during booking.
