In case you notice an error in writing the last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, or the data specified in the identification document, you need to contact the Passenger Support Service by calling 8-800-7700-262 (the call is free), + 7 (499) 920-22-52.
Changes to personal data are made on a paid basis. The cost of the service is 1000 rubles.
