Information for passengers of canceled flights in connection with the coronavirus. More details

Allowance for liquids in hand luggage

In order to ensure aviation safety during flights on domestic and international flights of an airline, liquids, aerosols and gels related to non-hazardous and transported in things carried by a passenger (in accordance with the rules for the transport of liquids in an airplane) must be in containers with a capacity of not more than 100 ml (or in equivalent capacity in other units of volume).

Containers with liquids, aerosols and gels should be packed in a securely closed transparent plastic bag with a volume of not more than 1 liter - one bag per passenger.

Liquids in containers with a capacity of more than 100 ml are not accepted for transportation on board an aircraft even if the container is only partially filled.

One passenger is entitled to carry only one package.

Medicines and baby food that may be needed during the flight are not covered by the requirements for packaging in a plastic bag, but they must also be presented at the front desk of the security service.

The rules for transporting liquids apply exclusively to hand luggage.

Liquids can still be carried in checked baggage
