Ticket Exchange Restrictions

You can exchange your ticket in the "Manage Booking" section.

1. Ticket and Service Cost

When exchanging a ticket, the cost of the flight, additional services, and fees is recalculated. It depends on the fare rules specified in your ticket. This means the final exchange price may differ from the amount you originally paid.

2. Cancellation of Old Ticket and Services

Once the exchange is confirmed, your old ticket becomes invalid. All services purchased together with it are automatically canceled.

  • If you paid for onboard meals, the cost will be refunded only if the exchange is made no later than 36 hours before departure.
  • If you purchased other additional services (such as seat selection, baggage, etc.), their cost can be refunded only if the exchange is made no later than 24 hours before departure.

3. Refunds

Refunds for eligible services are credited to the same bank card that was used for payment. The refund process may take up to 30 business days.
