Submitting a customs declaration electronically

A version of the FCS LC VED mobile application is posted on the website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. The application includes a service for filling out a passenger customs declaration. It is currently available on Android OS mobile devices via the link: https://edata.customs.ru/fts.edata.customs.ru.app.apk

You can also fill out a passenger customs declaration from your Personal Account on the official website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia: https://edata.customs.ru To do this, you need to select the “Submission of a passenger customs declaration” tab and start filling it out. At the state border checkpoint, you must inform the customs officer of the received unique identification number (UIN) of the declaration.
