Особый порядок вывоза золота в слитках
From May 1, 2026, in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 193 dated March 25, 2026, a special procedure has been introduced for the export of refined gold in bars weighing more than 100 grams in total.
Permitted airports for export (air border crossing points):
- Moscow (Vnukovo)
- Moscow (Domodedovo)
- Moscow (Sheremetyevo)
- Vladivostok (Knevichi)
Important:
Export is allowed only with a conclusion (permit document) from the Federal Assay Chamber.
The procedure for issuing the permit is approved by Government Decree No. 450 dated April 23, 2026.
Export through other border crossing points, as well as without a permit document, is prohibited.
